"Red Salute" (United Artists, 1935)
An early United Artists release with a truly bizarre mix of romance and comedy... w/ Barbara Stanwyck & Robert Young (also w/ Cliff Edwards)

"The Moon's Our Home" (Paramount, 1938)
Great, little-known Henry Fonda comedy, playing opposite his one-time wife, Margaret Sullivan... her as Cherry Chester, he as adventure writer Anthony Amberton. Margaret Hamilton (aka the Wicked Witch of the West) has a supporting role as a crusty-but-lovable old battle-axe hotel owner. Best sequence: Sullivan sledding with the dog actor Gilbert.
